Thank you for your interest in donating to the VIA server

- Ensure the server survives into the future

- They allow us to continue to provide a great place for you to play CS:S and allow us to invest in new hardware to improve the server even more. Right now we're saving to buy new CPUs for the server, if we get enough donations we'll be able to get them.

I face a substantial bill every month in paying for the server. This money comes directly out of my pocket and unfortunately as a student myself, they aren't bottomless. By donating even a small amount, you contribution really makes a difference. Every bit of every donation goes into the server.

Our way of thanking you for donating:

We do not believe in 'selling out' the server. We do not believe you or anyone else would like us to reward donors in any way that would distort the CS:S gameplay we love. However as a small gesture of application for helping to make the server's existence possible, all of the following rewards are given to donors (once your a supporter, you recieve rewards on all VIA servers):

1.Supporter Skin: This is a skin which looks simalar to regular skins (so as to not effect gameplay) but has some 'added-extras'. To select the skin type settings in chat while on the server. You may also use the option !skinon and !skinoff if you wish to use the supporter skin in place of the first 2 rank skins.

2. Extended Stats (also level stats on the Gun Game server). Lots of extended stats become available to you including your fastest ever kill, your longest range kill, average distance and speed of kills, extended knife stats, skin stats and many many more. Type ' !statsme ' while ingame.

3. Triple Vote (x3) in special votes. Your vote counts as 3 votes in special votes (i.e. !votehe, !vote1, !vote200, etc.).

4. |VIA-S| Tag - You will be able to add |VIA-S| to your name to show your a supporter. Non supporters adding the |VIA-S| tag to their name will be auto kicked by the server.

5. Immune from Auto Balance - You will be immune from the auto-balancer when one team is bigger than the other (not ETB).

6. Personalised Welcome Message.

7. All doners have their name added to our 'Donations Hall of Fame' where you are forever immortalised!

8. Typing ' !supporter ' ingame will display your supporter level and rank ingame.

9. Link your supporter rank and your forums profile! (just click here)

10. Kill Streak Stats records stats on your greatest number of kills in a row! access ingame by typinf '!ksme'

If the total of your donations is £50 or more, as well as all of the above benefits you also get the following benefits:

11. Life Time Supporter . You will have supporter benefits forever.

12. Immune from auto-join. You will be free to select which team you'd like to join when you enter the server.

13. Quad Vote (x4) in special votes. Your vote counts as 4 votes in special votes (i.e. !votehe, !vote1, !vote200, etc.).

If the total of your donations is £100 or more, as well as all of the above benefits, you also get the following benefits:

14. Server message announcing An Immortal Friend of The Server: 'Your Name' has joined the game.

15. Double Triple Vote (x6) in special votes. Your vote counts as 6 votes in special votes (i.e. !votehe, !vote1, !vote200, etc.).

If you donate for example £10 5 times, it will count the same as a single £50 donation and you will recieve all the benefits of a single £50 donation. Your donations are recorded forever and new donations are added to your old donations even if the supporter from older donations expired.

By donating, you are not buying any of the above privileges, they our way of showing our appreciation for your contribution to the server's running costs. We reserve the right to remove any such privlages should you be caught hacking, TK'ing, abusing others, etc. without refund.

How do you become a supporter?

Simply fill out the 2 boxes below with your name (the name you wish the donation to appear from) and STEAM_ID (simply type !uid into chat while on the server to see your steam id) and click the continue button.

You do not need to have or create a Pay Pal account to make the donation, you can pay through paypal using any major credit card without creating an account.

Whatever you can afford is really appricated. It all helps and 100% of donations go into the server.
